Kindly contact us at info@sweetpalate.net within 3 working days upon receiving your item if you wish to return the item. We will issue you a Product Return Confirmation Email.
Refund or exchange will only be accepted if the product received is:
- Expired, damaged inside packaging or different from the product ordered
- Returned within 7 days from the date of the Product Return Confirmation Email
Sweet Palate can only accept return of purchased from our website. Products purchased at other retail outlets will not be accepted.

Once we have received your first item, we will advise you of the postage charge for the second item before posting it.
Please allow 5-7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit or delivery of exchanged products. Sweet Palate reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange upon final review if the above guidelines have not been met.
